What we do

Automated joiner, mover and leaver processes. Role templates define exactly which accounts, licences, groups and hardware each role gets, so onboarding is one action and everything is provisioned before the start date. Changes of role adjust access automatically rather than accumulating permissions forever. Departure revokes everything at a scheduled time, transfers file ownership, reclaims licences and produces a completion record for audit. Licence usage is monitored so unused seats are surfaced rather than renewed.

Operations and IT leads at 20 to 300 person companies without a dedicated IT team, where onboarding is a checklist somebody follows badly.

The problem

Onboarding a new employee means creating fifteen accounts, ordering a laptop, assigning licences and setting permissions, done manually from a checklist that is out of date.

New hires spend their first week unable to work.

Worse, offboarding is worse: accounts stay active for months after someone leaves, which is a genuine security exposure and a recurring audit finding, and licences continue to be paid for.
